Return/Exchange & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • NEW Product and Old NEW Stock:
    • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
      • To be eligible for a NEW Product or Old NEW Stock return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Open Box Products:
    • All Open Box Products have been tested and restored back to factory. They are 100% Functional.
    • No Warranty/No Refund/No Returns/No Exchange on Open Box Products. As is.

Exchanges

  • NEW Products
    • You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it because of manufactures defects. Our processing team will ask for a picture to be emailed to them of the defective item and the defective area to start the RMA (Return Material Authorization) process.
  • Old NEW Stock
    • You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it because of manufactures defects if item is still available and in stock. Our processing team will ask for a picture to be emailed to them of the defective item and the defective area to start the RMA (Return Material Authorization) process. If item is not available and in stock, you will need to ship that item back to jrb audio/video, inc.  We will start the refund process once received.
  • Open Box Products:
    • All Open Box Products have been tested and restored back to factory. They are 100% Functional.
    • No Warranty/No Refund/No Returns/No Exchange on Open Box Products. As is.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund for returning an item not due to manufactures defect, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
